Role Purpose

GKN Aerospace has begun the implementation of Wilbur, our global HR a single source of employee data and to create best practice HR processes within Aerospace.
The HR Data Analyst will support the whole of the HR community by turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.
The HR Process Analyst will support development of best practice HR processes globally and locally in support of Wilbur principles where required.
The HR Enablement Content Developer will develop enablement materials to support the global deployment of common HR processes and ways of working in Wilbur.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and develop Wilbur Analytics to ensure organization-wide utilization of new technology for maintaining data integrity and creating best practices.
    • Collaborate with Wilbur program team and global BPOs to define standard KPIs and dashboards for HR processes.
    • Develop and manage standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics.
    • Research, analyze, and present data, troubleshooting data and reports as needed.
    • Support rollout and implementation of new Wilbur functionality, participating in design workshops and ensuring compliance with data privacy guidelines.
    • Provide direct training support to users as necessary, remotely or face-to-face.

Support:

  • Aid in designing and documenting global HR processes end-to-end, working with the Wilbur team.
  • Redesign and document global HR processes periodically, collaborating with Global Process Owners and stakeholders.
  • Utilize lean principles and best practice process design for Wilbur functionality.
  • Gather and analyze RFCs, driving process changes in Wilbur and redefining SOPs and training materials.

Enablement:

  • Develop enablement materials with Wilbur Programme team and global process owners, managing Wilbur Help platform for user learning.
  • Review and maintain existing enablement materials, proactively improving based on feedback.
  • Coordinate training, learning, and support materials tracking and status reporting.
  • Analyze usage of Wilbur Help and coordinate activities of key users and change partners for content development.
  • Provide support for face-to-face training delivery and 'train-the-trainer' activities.

What you'll bring

  • Solid grasp of HR processes, analytics, and integration with business systems
  • Proficient in HR/ERP systems, with strong MS Excel skills
  • Experienced in handling multiple data sources with keen attention to detail
  • Capable of independent and teamwork, fluent in English
  • Skilled in remote collaboration across multiple sites
  • Strong interpersonal skills with knowledge of business process design
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and training development for process deployment
  • Proficient in web-based training delivery and face-to-face training
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, adept in planning and relationship management
  • IT literate with a knack for innovative analytics delivery using modern technology
  • Understanding of process-driven change and its impact, coupled with experience in diverse cultural settings
  • Knowledgeable in lean principles and innovative learning content delivery through technology

Depending on your experience, salary will be determined based on the salary scale associated with this position. The medior and senior scale starts at € 4689 and ends at € 6215 gross per month.
