Who we are
Ceras-Analytics is part of the Cefetra Group, an established multinational. Ceras-Analytics was launched in late 2022 and can be considered as a start-up. The Cefetra Group consists of various agricultural and food ingredients trading and supply chain management companies, with leading brands in the ingredients business. Collectively we employ over 700 people across 35 offices in 20 countries around the world. We work closely together to guarantee the best possible service to our customers. We develop supply chains with suppliers and create value by sourcing and supplying raw materials to the international food and feed industry. Cefetra Group is part of the German, stock listed BayWa group of companies.

The assignment

Together with sales manager Estelle Mignon , you will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of Ceras Analytics clients, as well as identifying and winning new business. You will be responsible for conducting market research and mapping a complete market. In addition, you will be responsible for initial client contact, cold calling, opening the accounts, follow-up and client relationship management. You will be working in a highly dynamic and multilingual environment.

Job requirements

Most important is that you can be critical and precise, but also pragmatic when necessary. To be successful within Cefetra, it is important to have a 'self-starter' mentality, to be open-minded and curious. You should be able to work both independently and with people from all levels within the Cefetra Group. In addition, you can identify with the following requirements:

  • You are available for a period of max 6 months.
  • You have good commercial and interpersonal skills and like to show case our product to our potential and existing customers.
  • You are a genius at creating new business opportunities and are passionate about agricultural commodities.
  • You are fluent in English. Another language is certainly an advantage.
